ARTMUSFAIR is the place to develop your music project together with European partners! Following the premiere in the frame of the Nordic Music Days 2008 in Helsinki, the 2nd edition of ARTMUSFAIR again open to representatives from throughout the contemporary classical music scene and aims to attract hundreds of composers, music publishers, record labels, musicians, promoters, managers and agents from across the whole of Europe. Join us and enter the debates, exchange your music, present yourself and/or your project, get in contact with European colleagues, network, visit the workshops, concerts, late night lounges and develop the future of contemporary music together with us!

In the recently designated UNESCO City of Music - Glasgow - the four day event coincides with celebrations of Scottish composer Sir Peter Maxwell Davies’ 75th birthday. The concert programme will feature symphonic concerts by the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra as well as a number of performances of the very latest contemporary music by smaller Scottish, UK and European ensembles and by students from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
